PINK MAKES A COMEBACK WITH SONAM KAPOOR

Sonam in Pink, for inspiration? Always. The fashion game changer as known, Miss Kapoor stood out in her one-color palette outfit by Bouguessa. A muted pink pair of separates that included double breasted blazer, culottes and a long flowy coat ran a monochrome drama we all can happily settle for.

DEEPIKA AND ALL THAT JAZZ

Isn’t this when we gulp in the fact, that a dress does go with a pair of bottoms? Well, here’s Deepika Padukone on the fashion podium, validating dress over denim trend for us. She sported Sandro’s gold shimmery velvet coat-dress over distressed denims. Gold hooped earring, a petite neck piece and a sleek ponytail was all it took to have us stunned, and…to prepare for the next party, of course.

SHILPA FOR A STUNNING CONCEPT

Lehenga or a saree or a fusion? You decide. We’ve seen Shilpa evolve in her fashion quotient, but more so her Saree evolution has us mesmerized. Kiran Uttam Ghosh’s designer outfit consisted of a metallic pink organza skirt matched with a metallic saree drape, flowing uncreased. The embellished high neck blouse worked well for a choker too. It all concluded in an artsy metallic trick on the onlookers.

We know. It would’ve been surprising if she was mentioned in this list just once. A smartly curated airport look from Bouguessa, her fashion pick has us going gaga. Yet again sporting separates- a bespoke vest, tailored pants and a classy cape coat, our senses definitely drew a lasting inspiration this time.

Fashion and celebrities have a very easy thread to share, although it’s always an enigma as to how the celebrities pull off looks beyond our imagination and walk the red carpet like a walk to a nearby store. Eh?
